I know that the first is the lobster/shrimp & cherries jubilee :D I thought the second was the Chateaubriand & Baked Alaska but another thread seemed to indicate the 2nd formal night was filet mignon. I know on my last 2 cruises the second formal night was Chateaubriand and they had filet mignon on another night. So, what's everyone have to say and is it the same fleet wide?
