Semi-sub/beach combination

We will be in Grand Cayman and were planning to book the Explorer Semi-sub through the Jewel. We would be on the semi-sub from 11-12 and were hoping to make a quick beach stop after that, but need to be back on the ship by 4. Has anyone done this semi-sub/beach combination? Any suggestions?
