Purchasing booze onboard for in-cabin use

On Emerald out of Copenhagen in July where everything is so expensive it does not pay to buy booze locally to go in the checked luggage. Know you can buy a limited selection of booze from room service for in-cabin consumption, but does anybody know if I could arrange in advance to buy two specific brands they DON'T offer from room service from Princess?

They have a list on the gift section of what is available, same list from room service when you board. BUT, since these are 375 ML bottles, it is all they carry and they won't allow you to order something not on the list. You can't pre-order something they don't offer. Sorry!
