What exactly are these? Are they worth the $$? If you get a spa treatment is it included for the day?

A room within the spa area that has heated tiled loungers, a sauna, a steam room, an aromatherapy room, and some showers to cool/rinse off in (not private)

If you like that sort of thing, yes. I think so!

Not in my experience. But they may sell day passes (depending on how many week passes they have sold - they don't want it to be overcrowded)
