Anyone on the Princess Royal? Need cabin info.

We will be cruising next winter on the Royal Princess and have cabin # 8039 which is a BA cabin. I noticed it is under the pool deck. Is it noisy, can you hear the chairs scraping? Is there much motion felt in this cabin? Is the balcony covered ? Thanks.
