The Evolutions of Fun upgrade didn't add any bars. Your best bet is either the Casino bar on Promenade deck or the area all the way aft on Promenade deck where there's a big screen, and sometimes bar service.

 

I agree a dedicated sports bar would be a nice addition though.

There is no dedicated sports bar on the Inspiration but the Lido Deck pool bars and the Casino bar both had sports playing:

 

 

 

The Splendor has a dedicated sports bar called 'Our House' and it's awesome!!

We just went on the Inspiration in October when the Rays made it to the World Series. There's a bar in the back called the Chopin Lounge where everyone and their mom was watching the game.

We went back there at night once and there were no sports playing but there were TV's.

You can smoke back there and theres a full bar.
