Golden Lido Deck Question

I’m assigned to an inside cabin on the Lido deck. Online the Golden's Lido deck plans shows a large area forward or bow of the ship. Is this a passenger deck area?

 

This will be my first Princess cruise. I'm so exicted.

That is an observation deck on top of the bridge. It is accessible through doors at the end of the hallway. It will usually be closed when the ship is in open waters.
