Excursion Suggestions??

I am looking for some private excursion recommendations for a Singapore to Athens cruise next March (Azamara). Any suggestions for Phuket, Cochin and Mumbai? I have done a search on this board and there are several suggestions for Mumbai but very little information on Phuket and Cochin. DH and I usually like to try private tours but would welcome feedback also about any ship excursions that were good. Many thanks.
