Losing weight before going on your cruise!!

i go on my cruise in july and since the middle of april ive been eating small meals every four hours and running/walking a mile n a half everyday and ive lost 20lbs just doing that. and i dont know how many inches but i know ive lost inches too because my bikini is fitting a lot better than when i first started. good luck!!

I listen to Inside Out Weight Loss podcasts.

 

I started with the first podcast (at present there are 76 programs with a new program produced every week). These podcasts help me to control my cravings and appetite and in general eat healhier and, as a result, lose weight.

 

This BTW is not an advertising. IOWL is free for download or you can listen to it online (just search for "Weight Loss" in I-Tunes Store).

My DW and I are sailing off Sept. 6, 2009 and I would like to find the healthier mini-me that lives inside of me by then. ;)
