Celebrating 3rd Bday At Sea on NCL Star

We will be celebrating my son's 3rd birthday on our last day at sea this fall on the NCL Star (Mexican Riviera). Any suggestions about what to do to make this a special day for him? Does NCL offer any birthday celebration stuff that would be appropriate for a child this age?

We just celebrated our son's 4th birthday at sea. We brought our own decorations as he was into a certain character. He really enjoyed it and wants to go again for his next birthday!!!:):):)

I've thought about that.....what will we have to do next year and the year after if he takes a CRUISE for his 3rd birthday?! :D
