Earliest Flight time in Seattle?

We will be arriving in Vancouver at 7:30 a.m. and using the Princess shuttle to the Seattle Airport. What is recommended for the earliest flight time to ensure we don't miss our plane?

Princess advises you not to book a flight before 4 PM. I'm sure they are on the cautious side and you can proabably make a 2:30-3 flight. That being said, if you book a flight before 4 and miss it, you will not have any recourse against Princess.

That's what I was afraid of. I was going to book a 2:30 p.m. flight, but it's not worth the stress of worrying about it. Looks like I'll have to stay an additional day in Seattle and fly out the next morning! :)
