Aunty Pat Posted July 8, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2009 Last year on my 3rd visit to Ketchikan I was ready to try something new and choose the Alaska Chef’s Table. It was defiantly worth it. The guide was a school teacher, artist & writing a book on the native foods of Alaska. The food was great & plentiful – salmon 3 different ways, shrimp 2 different ways, crab, chowder and 2 other types of fish ending with brownie and wild berry pudding deserts. We were served small portions of each. I recommend not having lunch before this excursion. Also not recommended for someone who doesn’t like fish. There is only room for 6 on this tour so sign up early.
