Any recommendations for a good, inexpensive Bandeja Paisa in the Walled City?

I've had them in Miami but would love to try an authentic Colombian meal while in the Walled City in Cartagena...

For those of you that are not familiar with the Bandeja Paisa, it consists of a "plate" of a green plantain that has been smashed and flattened and deep crispy fried. It is served with accompaniments such as chicharron (fried pork skin w/meat), chorizo, beans, rice, salsa, avocado and more. Very filling and oh so good.
