Venice Rolling Card?

Just wanted to find out if anyone here has used the Venice Rolling Card:

If I'm interested in purchasing just the 72-hr. transportation card, it looks like a better deal than even from the Venice Connected site.

 

With the Rolling Card, it's € 4 , and than another € 18 for the 72-hr. pass ( € 22 total). Whereas if I bought it thru Venice Connected site, it's already € 28.05.

 

I know there are age limits to using the card (geared for "young" tourists bet. 14 - 29 yrs. old) and I can only purchase when I'm in Venice (instead of pre-booking via Venice Connected).

 

Are there any other discounts / terms & conditions I should know about?
