HELP!! Arriving a day ahead

We will be arriving a day ahead of cruise. Our plan was to rent a car and get a hotel so we could then go to Pearl Harbor for the day. Looks as though parking at hotels is VERY limited..We don't mind paying for cabs but what do we do with our luggage(we will already be checked out)

Anyone know of a good hotel that we can leave luggage at counter and come back or something???

If you are sailing on POA NCL maintains guest services offices in a couple Waikiki hotels so that you don't have to worry about things like your luggage. and you can do your ship pre-checkin processing and paperwork before you sail and they have shuttle busses that take you right to the pier. there is indeed very little parking space at those hotels. Both of our trips we came in a day early and stayed at the Merriot. I like doing that because you don't have to be worrying about getting from the airport to the pier on time because of missed or delayed flights the same day as you are sailing.

Virtually every good hotel (I.e. one with a concierge desk, imho) has a service where the concierge will store your luggage for a spell after you check out. Sometimes there is a fee, but usually just a nice tip for the concierge will do.
