Price drop after final payment?

Recommended Posts

We are about a month away from our sailing and I just noticed the Residency rate we received dropped $100 per person (total $200). Since our cruise has already been paid, will they refund the $200 or will it be OBC? Crossing my fingers tomorrow morning when I call the rate is still $100 lower.

This same scenario happened to us last year on our Mariner sailing. I called and they applied the extra refund amt. as onboard credit. Its nice to step on the ship and know you already have a little beer/gambling etc... money in the bank.

We just noticed a price drop on our cruise the end of this month - can we still get OBC even though we booked through Delta

Call Delta and ask if they will honor the price reduction. If they do it should be credited back to the credit card used.............not as an OBC for use on board.
