transportation to/from airport to pier

We are flying in the day of embarkation (and out the day of disembarkation) (I know, I know, the risks of doing so, but due to work schedules, it is what it is), and need advice/suggestions/recommendations for transportation from the airport to the pier, and back again. The monkey wrench in the plans is that we will have our 18-month-old DD with us, and I do not plan on bringing her car seat along (at this point in time, subject to change). So, I need to either find something that has a shuttle bus-type of vehicle, or a transportation service that would provide a car seat. Any ideas?

I don't know of any service that provides a car seat.
