barriekins Posted August 10, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2009 I am traveling a week from Saturday on LOS with my 8 month old. She recently started eating yogurt but is only allowed whole milk, without artificial sweeteners. Does anyone know if this is available onboard? I know yogurt is available at the windjammer for breakfast but I can't remember what kind! Thanks!!
bandtw Posted August 11, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 11, 2009 I think it's low fat yogurt. My daughter ate alot of it when we took her on her first cruise at 10 months.
bubbie617 Posted August 11, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 11, 2009 They do have plain yogurt. It may be the low fat variety though.
bethilyssa Posted August 11, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 11, 2009 Its not that your daughter is not allowed to have low-fat (unless she has some specific issue) its that pediatricians say to give kids under 2 whole milk dairy because the fat is good for their brains. Its not going to be bad for her at all to have the fat-free, especially for a week and especially since you can get her whole milk to drink.
