How are near aft rooms on Ruby?

We are booking a Med cruise for next summer and have been offered Riviera Deck Rms 710, 714, 716. Will there be much more ship motion noticeable there than midship? We needed 2 Balcony doubles, and an

interior quad so there weren't too many choices. Should we take these cabins? It is cat. BC and I. We aren't very experienced cruisers, but enjoyed a midship balcony on the Aloha deck on the Crown in March 2008.

Thanks.

Debbie

We had Caribe 718 and really didn't feel any excess motion compared to mid-ship cabins we've had.

Hello!

Wow, we will be in that stateroom - C718 - in December!

I had just happened across your photos of the Ruby when we started considering this cruise... They are FABULOUS! I actually bookmarked them.

We finally booked, I asked for AFT or MID ship on the Caribe.

We got C718.... And, I am thinking, THAT is the cabin in those photos I have in favorites... and it is.

Thank you so much for the incredible photos.

Goodness, this board is so great!

I actually have photos of our cabin.

I have it marked 'do not upgrade', as I am thinking that we will appreciate that Caribe deck more than any extra space. I don't think we would want a BA on a higher deck. I don't necessarily want to be up higher. And we would lose that balcony.

I am assuming that you recommend this cabin???

Any other tips are appreciated.

Thanks!
