Carnival Liberty

1354, 1356 are good rooms , I was on the Liberty on July 18-25, a few doors down in 1328. You are near the center of the boat so any motion is down to a minimum (we were in a storm one night and it was very tolerable). You are next to the elevators that lead right up to the main dining room, Golden Olympian on the Lobby deck (3rd floor)as well as the casino (5th floor)and Emile's (the grand food buffet on the Lido(9th floor) deck. You are also closer to the Silver Olympian dining room if you choose to go there for Breakfast or Lunch. I believe you are on the 7 day Eastern Caribbean which is what I did and you will enjoy it! My advise to you is explore the ship, go to various parts you like and find the closest elevator and take it back down to the riviera deck, that way you will always know which elevators to use to get around. Some decks are not convenient to go across (you may run into a closed restaurant)so start with the right elevator. best wishes to you and family...have fun!!
