liv4sunNsand Posted December 30, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2004 I know that this recipe has been posted before but I have search and went back several what seems like million pages to find it but have not had any luck. We are hoping to make these for New Years Eve! They are my hubby's favorite. I have found several Coco Loco recipes in bartender books but the all have tequila in them and I am sure that was not in the recipe that I had before. Does anyone have the RC recipe? Thanks

sunny_ga_gal Posted November 10, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 10, 2006 This is a recipe I found for the drink. 1 whole coconut, in shell 1 oz. tequila 1 oz. rum 1 oz. gin 1/2 oz. grenadine 1. Cut a 3-inch hole in the top of the coconut. 2. With juice of coconut still inside, pour in tequila, rum, gin and grenadine. 3. Add several ice cubes and stir. 4. Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime (squeeze in juice and then throw in) 5. Drink with a long straw. If you prefer to drink from a glass, drill two holes in top of coconut, and drain liquid in a mixing glass over several ice cubes, all liquors and grenadine and stir well. Then pour into a goblet or highball glass. Add lemon or lime.
