QM2's Whistles?

Does anyone know what happened to her whistles? If you view this video from July 1st

you can see that the fake steam is apparent but in this video two weeks later

it no longer appeared from the whistle. Other videos show that both horns are now lacking and as a result both sound a little strange.

Has anyone heard anything? Did something break or did they just get sick of creating fake steam and said heck with it?

I just come back from the Norwegian Cruise on QM2 and the portside whistle was steaming as usual.
