Any Progreso Tips for the Solo Cruiser?

I booked a last minute cruise to get some much needed R&R. Normally I cruise with my DD or friends. This is my first time going solo. :eek:

I will be in Progreso on Nov. 15 on the Ecstasy. I plan to take the double decker bus tour and then I just want to sit with a cold fruity drink and people watch near the beach. What locations/restaurants are a good choice for a lone traveler?

Lots of info on this forum - just pick a spot and sit! Bring a flyswatter for the vendors.

Le Saint Bonnet is my favorite. The whole deep fried snapper is great. They will service you on the beach if you like.
