Lexington and Concord

Does anyone know of a cheap and quick way to get from the cruise ship dock in Boston to Lexington and Concord?

Does anyone know of a cheap and quick way to get from the cruise ship dock in Boston to Lexington and Concord?

I know that you need to take the silver line to the Red Line on the T to Alwife in Cambridge then transfer but beyond that I am not sure. I live about 25 minutes outside of Concord and drive there. This site or the MBTA site might be more helpful then I can be.
