If we book a Pay Later/Risk Free fare and the fare goes down before our final payment, can we cancel the reservation and rebook with the new fare on our own.

Will be sailing on the Equinox for the first time. I know I can select a dining time prefrence, but what about requesting a table size? Can't find table size request anywhere on the site, is this not an option? Thanks.
Booked with Costco also for next year, the same on HAL web account only Specialty Dining and a $100 excursion credit show. No mention of Onboard Credit or Tips.
If we reserve a specialty dinner time and pay before the cruise, would we be able to apply our OBC on the cruise and have our charge account credited? Thanks

UPDATE-- Just checked and our Covid credit back to our card has been posted. Must say could not be more impressed with the way Celebrity handled the entire Covid experience on board and after. Did not have a travel agent, booked with Celebrity direct.
Thanks for the thread. Contacted Xfinity last week about Covid On Board credit and was told 7-14 business days. To hear Empress 217 is still waiting 3 months out is not encouraging.
