Cannes- petit train?

Hi all,

Just wanted to know if anyone can give me directions to take the white petit train that goes around Cannes, I need walking directions from the cruise port tender drop off.

I read that you take it at the ''palais des festivals'' on the beach side.

Now if we can only figure out where the ''palais des festivals''is, we will be all set :confused:

The Palais des Festival is a huge convention center right along the water about a 10 min walk from the tender pier. Once you exit the marina area just walk into town (keep the water and marina on your right side) and turn right when you get to the end of the marina. The Palais will be a few minutes in front of you. We have sometimes seen the Petit Train take on passengers in front of the tender pier area (at the parking lot) but suspect it was part of a cruise line excursion. The Petit Train is like those rides you find on many boardwalks and some amusement parks. We find it a bit silly since DW and I still like to take long walks (which is probably why we can still walk),

Don't know if this will help the original poster but we just did this train last week. It was fun. The stop was right outside the gate where the ship docks.

10 euro for 1 hour. Tour was in English but had headphones for other languages.
