CAS Check in and boarding NYC NCL

Can anyone tell me if they still have the CAS check in and priority boarding for the Breakaway in NYC?

Hi, I work at the NYC cruise port, and YES, the CAS have a separate line to go into security, and then to check in. However, you will need to clearly let the staff know that you are CAS, or otherwise you will be directed to the regular line. Specify Casino at Sea, rather than the abbreviation, of course.

Ditto you really have to enforce your status with the terminal staff. I was Haven and two different staff insisted I go to the regular line. One saying to give me a boarding number and the other saying I didn't get it because I'm Gold Latitude, check in would give me a number.

Physically blocked me from entering the separate lounge and our boarding documents clearly had the Haven logo and our stateroom number was deck 15 on the Breakaway, didn't know they had non-haven cabins on deck 15.

I think they were only looking at Latitude status.

Of course after standing in line the regular check-in was escorted back since our key cards are in the private lounge area anyway.
