Station 2 Boracay

We have been to Boracay 3 times --but never off a cruise ship. This would be a tender stop--no dock.

I believe the tender takes you to Cataclan--and you take an outrigger boat from there and land on the beach--so wear sandals that are waterproof or flip flops. From the landing you can take a Tuk Tuk--3 wheeled motor taxi to Great White beach Station 2.

It is great fun to walk along the beach--many small hotels and restaurants.

Hi Florence, there are no worthwhile beaches nearby on the mainland. To get the Boracay experience you really have to get to the island itself. Getting there isn't that bad though. Usually it's a 10 minute boat ride and a 15 minute tricycle ride and some but not much wait time. It's an adventure and experience in and of itself.
