Fairfield Inn MIA

We arrive in Miami late and are staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by the airport (not my first choice, but for the short amount of time we'll be there it made sense). I know there is a gas station basically in the parking lot. Is there a grocery/drug store within walking distance that we can go to the next morning before heading to the port?

There is a Walgreens pharmacy and a Winn Dixie grocery store in a shopping plaza on NW 7th Street & NW 37th Ave, about a 1/2 mile southeast of the hotel.
