Hi! I will be in Stockholm for just a day, docking at s167 Stadsgarden. Would like to go to the Vasa Museum which is accessible. I think I can take a HO bus but is there a better way? I wondered about a ferry. Thanks for any information on where else I might go on the scooter.

I took a manual wheelchair to Stockholm. As we had an overnight stop we bought a 24 hour travel card.

We used it on the tram, buses and ferries which were all accessible and the drivers were very helpful. The bus stops very near to the Vasa museum.

The museum offers 'carer goes free' so it will be FOC for your companion.

Thank you both so much. I didn't know the trams and buses were accessible. As I understand it, the M/S Emilie goes from Stadsgarden over to Djursgarden. Is the path to the Vasa level enough for a scooter and can you estimate the walking distance. My friend will be walking.
