Wine at arrivals in FCO airport?

We are allowed to take two bottles of wine onboard Jewel of the Seas and would rather buy them locally than schlep them all the way from home so.... I know this may seem like a silly question but is there a duty free shop on arrivals before you go out through security? I know in Spain we have them in both arrivals and departures but I don't know if they have got them in Italy on arrivals too.

There were no duty free shops for liquor on arrival at FCO. We saw one at departure. You may try it at your airport of origin or on your flight if available.
