What Excursions can you do in Belize if you don't want to walk a ton

My mother and I are going on a cruise in January and never been to beliez, trying to find something fun to do but everything we have read on says a lot of walking. We would like to snorkel or tour the town. Any suggestions or advice?

Do a snorkel excursion off the ship or one of the beach breaks like to Goeff's caye. Do a sharks rays snorkel to caye caulker (lots of reviews here) via ship or private vendor.
