Port Everglades to Water Taxi

Is it walkable or is a taxi needed?

Depends where your ship is docked, for example Holland docks about 2.2 miles to the front gate, others are a closer.

In general Port Everglades is not a very pedestrian friendly port. It is a large facility and there are not sidewalks everywhere in the port. You are better off to take a taxi from the ship to a Water Taxi stop. The 2 closest stops would be at the Hilton Marina hotel or the Hyatt Pier 66.

I plan to use the luggage valet. I'll just have one duffel-type bag.
