Snorkel / Beach Tour - Possibly Catamaran Sail

Hi guys!

 

A couple of questions.

 

We are cruising on the Getaway next January. Some first-timers and some seasoned cruisers (mostly western Caribbean). I know that some in our group will just want to hang around the terminal and shop, but several of us want to do an excursion. We know for sure it must include a beach and snorkeling (some first-time snorkelers), and possible a catamaran sail. I've seen a few associated with NCL, but I'm not afraid to catch a cab and head to a beach (like Nachi Cocom). I'd probably take an NCL sponsored trip if it includes sailing (I've been late to getting back to the boat twice before).

 

Are there any good beach clubs that offer snorkeling, or a recommended catamaran snorkeling combo that's got a beach?
