If you booked with a Travel Agent, your Agent needs to contact CCL.

 

If you booked with a CCL Vacation Planner, call your planner.

 

If you booked online yourselves, you need to file the claim form yourselves.

You don't need to call your Carnival Vacation Planner just file the claim online yourself. It's easy .
