Refrigerator to store Champagne in room?

Will be traveling on the Windspirit next week is there a refrigerator with enough space in the room where one can cool and store champagne that one brings on board?

You'll have to remove some of the cans/bottles that are stocked in it and possibly a shelf, but yes, you will be able to store a bottle of Champagne. That said, the mini-fridge doesn't get all that cold, it's more of a cooler. A better option might be using your ice bucket to chill the bottle about an hour before you are ready to open it.

Wind Pride has proper refrigerators with standing space for wine/champagne bottles, unless Windstar removed or replaced them after takeover.
