Luggage help needed in Quebec City

We will have a few extra hours in Quebec City at the end of our NCL NE/Canada cruise before our flight out at 3:30 PM. We would love to walk around the shops and stop for a bite to eat without having the burden of our luggage. Any ideas as to a place to store our luggage after disembarking?

Port of Quebec offers luggage storage for disembarking passengers for $4 per bag - only until 5pm, but that's still plenty late enough when you have a 3:30pm flight!

That sounds like just what we need - thanks! On the Port of Quebec website, the Ecolobus is listed as driving around Old Quebec City. I am assuming that the bus stops at the Port also.
