On Board Bookings

Does anyone know if Windstar offers any special incentives to book future cruises while on board? We will be on a Windstar cruise in November and are looking at a 2015 Summer cruise. Just wondering if there is any advantage to waiting until we are on board to book. We've sailed Windstar before, but never paid any attention to on board bookings. Thanks for any insight.

Last year we were on the Wind Star and they had a future booking promotion. If you put a $200 deposit on a future booking they would give you a $200 ship board credit on the cruise we were on. You did not have to book a cruise, the deposit would be good whenever you decide to book your next cruise. I would wait, they always seem to have deals. Enjoy Spain.

Windstar stopped the Phantom cruise promotion - You would put a $200 deposit on a later cruise and they gave you $200 shipboard credit on the cruise you are currently on. We booked 2 additional cruises that way. I really wish that they would bring that back - it's an extra incentive to book while you are onboard and good business for Windstar.

Hello Windstar - are you listening?
