watson61 Posted November 23, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2015 I've read a lot of threads on these boards about issues with RCL's website but I never experienced any problems -- until now. A couple weeks ago I made the final payment for my January cruise and I didn't really look closely at the final invoice they sent me afterwards. I just happened to look at it today, and am so glad I did! My $200 on-board credit had suddenly shrunk to $25. I immediately got on the horn to RCL and after being transferred twice, the dude told me there was a website glitch in March that screwed up my OBC. Not sure I believe that story, though I know the website has a terrible reputation. I can't help wonder if they were just hoping I wouldn't notice.
