What to do?

We will be in San Juan this June on the Conquest. We are scheduled to be there from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Most excursions my wife and I just go to the beach and have a few drinks. This just seems like odd hours for a day in port. Looking for suggestions of things to do at that time of the day.

Since we have three other stops on this cruise, we might be willing to do a little exploring or sightseeing, and save the beaches for our other stops

Thanks

You could explore Old San Juan. You will probably dock right in the OSJ. Everything is within a walking distance. There are two beautiful forts worth seeing; San Christobal and El Morro. Of the two El Morro is more interesting. The cathedral is wort seeing. You can walk along the city walls, visit Pigeon Park and walk to the city gate. Everywhere you walk in Old San Juan is very pretty. And the area is fairly small and easy to explore. You can also take a free trolley that goes around Old SJ. There is a stop not far from the terminal.
