September cruise

Would like to know how the weather at sea is from Vancouver to Hi is. Im leaving 9/13/16 on a 10 day cruise. Still don't know what type clothes to take with me on the pacific side

No one can predict weather that far out.

Generally, it will be cool (and possibly rougher) the first 48 hours or so, then gradually warm as you approach Hawaii.
