What company (not from ship) should I use for snorkeling with 12 year old

The cruise ships use Oasis Divers.

The only other private vendor is Blue Water Divers.

I believe Bohio Resort, just north of downtown offers staying guests snorkeling packages. Not sure if they allow non-guest day passers, but probably would.

You can google all 3 of these.

Unless the cruise line excursion has age limitations, all of these hit similar spots. All have guides and all require wearing snorkeling vests(supplied).

We are booked for a two-stop snorkel with White Sands Charters. They have very good reviews on Tripadvisor and appear to be very kid/family friendly.
