yes i tried all those numbers, they go straight to fax.. managed to get through on an italian number. they are going to get someone to call me monday xx:) alson had no response from email , I sent 3 days ago xx

We used the Italian number for our recent booking as we live in Bulgaria and they were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.

There is no costa uk office anymore - everything is centralised in Italy - although the UK number should still connect through.

I remember before there were only 3 UK staff, but now its all in Italy.

Our bank (RBS) travel service stopped dealing with Costa when this happened - bummer for us as we love to book through royalties travel service (10% discount plus airport vouchers).

In saying that - we always found emails to Costa It were very quickly responded to. Who knows? on Italian time ;-)
