Best place to buy booze near cruise port?

It's been a few years since I've been to St. Maarten. I know there are plenty of places to buy booze, but does anyone have a suggestion of a store that they recommend? I typically go to buy higher end Scotches and Cognacs (Macallan 18, Blue Label, Courvoisier XO, etc.).

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
