Cozumel - La Casa En La Playa Select retreat is the water safe?

I don't plan to drink tap water but am wondering about say the ice in the included drinks, and the food they prepare as all the food is included. It is Carnival's La Casa En La Playa - A select retreat - private beach excursion - just wondering if anyone has experience with this - will we be ok with whatever ice they use or the food? Ive never been to Mexico but always hear the warnings of not drinking tap water or eating anything rinsed in tap water.

You will be OK.... Sanitation is much better now then it was back in the day.

All of the popular tourist spots use sanitized water for ice, cooking, etc. Stay away from the street taco vendors and you'll be fine.
