Taxi tour post cruise

Has anyone done a private taxi tour post cruise? We don't need to be at the airport until 1:00pm and would like to do a short 3 hour tour of some sort. The tours offered by the ship we have either done pre cruise or are for later flights. I was directed to www.HawaiiCabNetwork.com

My original plan is to store our bags at the pier, $5 a bag, and walk around the area or see the Palace. Just not sure about the walking and what if it is raining.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the website but a nice walk around Honolulu is pretty easy. If it's a Saturday or Sunday it can get pretty quiet but week days things are happening and everything is open. Iolani palace is just a few blocks away, and you can choose between several restaurants at the end of the walk.
