Early flight out of New Orleans

We returning from a Carnival cruise (Fantasy) in Feb. We have a 11:45 am flight out of New Orleans and was wondering if we could still make this flight after leaving the ship. We are long time Carnival cruisers (Platnium) and will be able to exit the ship with the very first people to get off. Do not know how slow the custom officals are there. Thanks for any help. John F
