Virgin Gorda Baths cruise excursion suitable for non-swimmer?

Hi,

We are visiting Tortola at the end of February '15. As we will be tendered ashore in Road Town we will break with our tradition and take a P&O excursion to maximize our time ashore.

We want to do the Virgin Gorda Baths excursion but my wife is a completely non-swimmer. Their description first states "This tour is only for those in good physical condition and competent swimmers, due to a possible strong undertow" but later states "..you will get wet, often up to your knees.".

I'm now confused and would welcome any advice from others, especially those who have done cruise line organised tours. Getting wet up to her knees is fine, above the waist and dealing with a current is not. Does the strong undercurrent only apply if swimming out from the beach, which I might do but she clearly would not be doing?

Thanks for your advice.
