We had a few things wrong with our bookings for our cruise last February including someone else in my extended traveling party being booked for the Princess Tea with my daughter instead of me. Focused1 Posted October 27, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 27, 2016 In defense of the shoreside concierge services, I had an excellent experience recently with a complex set of requests for 6 persons and 2 cabins. Everything was done to perfection with no issues with incorrect reservations, etc. And what was most impressive is that my opening date for special requests for my Feb cruise happened during the recent hurricane in Florida when they were totally overloaded with changes due to cancellations and rescheduling.
