From my research St.Lucia has no official Harley Davidson store on island and I think a possible reason is that this brand is more popular among tourists rather than locals ...Nonetheless,

FYI...the HD store in Bridgetown is closed down. The only HD T-shirt shop in Barbados is the one in the port terminal. At least it was still there April 2016. You can't miss it. As soon as you walk in the building it's straight ahead.
